We are a young tech start-up with its HQ in Amsterdam. With our AI and data-driven software platform we help ship owners to optimize the ship’s climate system, one of the largest energy consumers onboard. With our software platform installed passenger ships can maximize the efficiency of the onboard climate systems and minimize environmental impact.
HVAC project manager
Amsterdam office / Hybrid
As our HVAC expert, you will be responsible for leading the HVAC energy savings programs on large maritime vessels. You will work closely together with our data team to deliver cutting-edge and data-driven control strategies to optimise the energy consumption of the onboard HVAC systems
Full-Stack Engineer
Amsterdam office / hybrid
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Arkitech, you contribute to making our core product scalable to support the growth of the company. You will be responsible for improving our savings algorithm and develop new product features that will help our clients to save energy and emissions.

Application process
Send your cover letter and CV to [email protected] to explain why you want to work at Arkitech and why you would be a good addition to our team. After a maximum of ten business days you will receive feedback and eventually be invited for a first interview.
After your CV and cover letter convinced us that you would be a good addition to our team, you will be invited to your first interview. During a 30-minute talk with one of your potential future team members, we’ll have a chance to get to know each other a bit better.
After you’ve successfully finished your first interview, you’ll receive an invitation within a few days for a second interview. In this interview you have the chance to present yourself to one of our managing directors and a specialist, depending on the job you’re applying for. Within a few days you will receive a proposal from us.
After you’ve successfully finished your second interview and you have convinced us of your skills, you’ll receive a proposal to come work at Arkitech.
After you’ve accepted the proposal and the contracts are signed, you can officially call yourself a member of the Arkitech team! From the first day you’ll be given responsibilities, but the rest of the team is of course there to help you get started.
